Ojomo is Director, Arts, West Africa at British Council where she is focused on developing programmes that build skills, create / facilitate networks, advocate policy and support the growth of a strong creative ecosystem to support prosperity for artists, cultural professionals, creative entrepreneurs and their communities and seek to promote the use of digital and technology to strengthen the sector value chains.

She has strong experience in cultural and creative industries policy and practice, programme management, arts management, strategy, fundraising, public speaking, team leadership and monitoring and evaluation.

She is a member of various local and international organisations.

Obi Asika Obi Asika Chairman Dragon

Obi is currently the Chairman of Dragon Africa, a strategic communications advisory firm with blue chip clients across business and government.

He is a proud Nigerian, celebrated internationally for his enormous contributions to the development and promotion of the creative economy in Nigeria. Though his business background and interests span oil and gas, infrastructure advisory, procurement, events and strategic communications, he is best known globally as one of the drivers of the Nigerian entertainment industry and the principal advocate of Nigerian soft power.

In 2015 he became the first African appointed by the President of the Federal Government to a Cabinet-rank position overseeing the portfolio of social media & digital strategy.
